hello from oban - we have had another wonderful day - we saw the kilmarton glen ( the birth place of the present scots) and we found a lock which a boat conveniently was using at the time.

Tomorrow going to Mull by ferry

Day 2 we saw seals and 2 castles --- big day of walking now hobbling a little.... Ian is not - what a slavedriver.

Betty finally got in contact with Damo and all is right with the world. love janice bet and ian

Inveraray
Scotland | 19.05.08

hello fellow people - we found another internet cafe at downtown inveraray population 500. There is a big castle here home of the Campbells (13th duke of Argyll) who was in residence.

We stayed at a relatively new pub 1800s - but we had dinner and drinks at the George 1775. Betty swears she saw the Loch Ness monster (it is a little out of its natural habitat ). True to the Benbow form we have now got lost at dubai airport and in downtown glasgow but we found our way home. janice
